About the Shop
Built by a First Responder
Mr. P's Service & Repair is owned and operated by Tim Paris, a Dallas paramedic and firefighter. The same standards that matter on the ambulance, showing up, doing the work right, and being straight with people, are the standards behind every repair that leaves this shop.
We handle collision and body work, insurance claim repairs, and general auto service for drivers across the Dallas area. You get an honest assessment, clear pricing, and work that holds up. When you call, you're dealing with people who take your time and your vehicle seriously.
The shop sits on Pleasant Drive in Pleasant Grove, just off US-175, and we serve drivers from Southeast Dallas, Balch Springs, Mesquite, Seagoville, and across Dallas County.

Can I choose my own body shop for an insurance claim?
Yes. Texas law lets you pick the shop that repairs your vehicle. Your insurance company can recommend a shop, but it cannot require you to use one. Tell your adjuster you want Mr. P's Service & Repair and we take it from there.
Do you work with my insurance company?
We coordinate directly with your insurer on claim repairs. Have your claim number and adjuster contact ready, or add them to the estimate form, and we handle the back and forth.
How do I get a repair estimate?
